Digital Marketing Strategist

The Digital Marketing Strategist supports the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to design campaigns, execute programs, analyze performance, and improve results. Because every client engagement is unique, the ideal candidate is comfortable working across channels, learning new tools, and adapting strategies to different industries and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development of integrated marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, email marketing, social media, SEO, andcontent marketing.
  • Help translate client business goals and objectives into actionable marketing plans and campaign strategies.
  • Contribute to defining target audiences, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and marketing workshops.
  • Identify opportunities across the customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging digital channels.

Campaign Execution & Program Management

  • Execute and manage campaigns across digital channels such as:
  • Paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Email marketing
  • Organic and paid social media
  • Content creation, promotion, and distribution
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to launch marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately and align with established strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Take ownership of select campaigns or initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key marketing metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Support the creation of marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through optimization and testing.
  • Support marketing audits and campaign reviews to identify growth opportunities.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Prepare marketing strategies, campaign briefs, and performance reports with the Associate Director of Brand Strategy.
  • Translate marketing insights and data into actionable recommendations.
  • Work with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing leadership to ensure alignment between strategy, creative execution, and campaign performance.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content distribution
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and draw actionable insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, influencer marketing or other agency environments
  • Experience supporting or managing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as:
  • Google Analytics / GA4
  • Paid media platforms
  • Social media management tools
