As a Sr. UX UI Designer, you deliver exceptional design for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. You balance user needs with business requirements to create leading digital products and services. You are experienced in best practices while understanding when you can break the mold to ideate on groundbreaking experiences. You work with the team to create experience concepts, journey maps, user stories, product roadmaps, and/or an initial set of product features, helping to pave the way for your team. You have a great eye for design and can create visually stunning designs that are modern, engaging, and, most of all, designed for the target audience.
What You Do:
- Collaborate with your creative leads and project managers across different timezones.
- Work on various digital projects simultaneously, including websites, apps, interactive media, and other user-centric products.
- Execute projects with high attention to detail, on time and budget.
- Participate in defining and implementing user-centered design strategies that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations, ensuring the creation of intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Support the entire UX/UI design process, from concept and wireframing to prototyping and final design, focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
- Contribute to the consistency, quality, and innovation within UX/UI design across projects, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent user experience across all digital deliverables, collaborating with other designers and developers.
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, technologies, and best practices, continuously enhancing personal and team expertise.
What You Need to Succeed:
- BA or equivalent in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in a reputable creative agency, technology company, or in-house design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user-centric design projects, such as website design, app design, interactive media, etc.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, and basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, usability testing, user research methods, and accessibility standards.
- Good grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow creative direction and translate it into compelling and effective user experiences.
- Mindful of your time, budget and schedule, you are flexible and willing to put in the time and dedication needed to make each project you and your team work on a success.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- A team-focused mindset, with experience working collaboratively with UX/UI Leads, Art Directors, and creative teams.
